As most of you will know, last week Mark Spoon died at the age of 39. Born Markus Loffel, he is best known as half of German trance duo Jam & Spoon and has been shaking up dance floors and dance charts around the planet since the early '90s.
During the years Mark made remixes for many artists and bands such as Paul van Dyk, Dr. Alban, Moby, Technotronic, Enigma, Deep Forest, Age Of Love, Pet Shop Boys, Frankie Goes To Hollywood and, last but not least, Mark was a well known DJ in the international dance scene.

I haven't heard anything he'd done since 1995 or so, but the "Age of Love" remix and "Stella" are indisputably classic, as is "Right in the Night" (non-vocal version -- I never liked the vocals on that track) and it's ridiculously amazing (and superior) b-side* "Follow Me".
* on my records it was the b-side, but there were a million pressings of this single
