100th window is AMAZING and this track is just ok.....I'm a HUGE MA fan but I hope LP5 is better than this!

I like the Danny stuff too, and I think "Small Time Shot Away" off 100th Window is one of the best MA songs ever. So I'm looking forward to anything new. I haven't really read anything yet, is it just 3D and some rotating guests again or is anyone else back in the fold?

This is terrific, can't tell if the strings are intentionally squashed or if it's just a compression issue - sounds like they could be Craig Armstrongish which is aces in my book. Thanks Ned!

There is a good possibility that Armstrong did in fact arrange the string parts. I read that he worked on a new arrangement of 'Hymn Of The Big Wheel' that was slated to be included on the second disc of "Collected" but was unfortunately left off due to time constraints.
I like the music, yet I don't think that Terry Callier's vocals and typically inane blues lyrics work all that well with the groove of the song. At least Del Naja isn't wheezing on the track.
