Some artists naturally write more material than others, and some of those are fortunate enough to be able to release them whenever they think fit.
But what of artists that regularly produce vast (i.e. long) albums? If they are explorations of their own psyche, would their mindset transfer to yours by sheer weight of numbers?
On the other hand, if a non-prolific artists issues a fairly short album after years of contemplation, is it more to be considered and dealt with on a more subjective level?
Is it more polite?
