Is anyone else as shocked as I am that Weezer made it through their entire career without covering Neil Young's "Walk On"?

Care to explain why your reality has been turned so upside down by this non-action?

I'm more shocked anyone would (or did ever) care.

"Walk On" is great, a-course. But the crazy thing is, an early Weezer rendition actually would have made a lot of sense. Good call.

I listened to it last night and thought "Dang, I could totally hear Rivers singing this!" The lyrics seem pretty appropriate ("I hear some people been talkin' me down / Bring up my name and pass it 'round / They don't mention the happy times"), and it's got that joke-y little instrumental break that they could play for laughs.
