I tried to spread it out. I know the stores from living in the following places:

Kroger's: Ohio
Food Lion, Harris-Teeter, Piggly-Wiggly: North Carolina
Safeway, Whole Foods, Albertson's: California

I couldn't think of any grocery chains from Virginia or Wisconsin.
