Twinkle Brothers - question

My copy of Free Africa is pretty much ruined from one too many road trips. This is the 1990 Virgin Front Line version, which is supposedly 'remastered.' Is the UK edition from 1995 much different beyond cover art?

I think that "remastered" thing (in this case) really just means that it's remastered in the way that *anything* on reissued on CD for the first time is, technically "remastered." I've never noticed much difference in the mastering of various Front Line CDs, except for some slight improvements. I'd go ahead and buy the later version, though I think there's a much newer one (post 2000) available which is also a UK edition.
