80s 90s dub-pop S/D

I'm not even sure this is a genre, but around late 80s/ early 90's there seemed to be a lot of, mainly British, records that were both poppy & dubby. I'm thinking One Dove, (some) St Etienne, Dubstar, Screamadelica, lots of one-off singles etc. Search and Destroy, at 'em kids....

Seek ye the entirety of the album Bird Wood Cage (1988) by the Wolfgang Press. The single "Love's Secret Domain" (1991) off the album of the same title by Coil is good dubby dance-pop as well. I can think of a significant number of b-side remixes that mine similar territory. The Spooky remix of Chapterhouse's "We Are the Beautiful" (1994) was perhaps the only reason I kept their second album (it was a 2nd CD bonus) as long as i did.
