Are there any (outside of best-ofs)?

The best I can come up with: Bowie's Station To Station (every track a single except the title track).

No, I don't think there's one single Michael Jackson album where every track was a single. "The Lady In My Life" was never a single. Neither were "Speed Demon" nor "Just Good Friends". "Dangerous" spawned a record nine singles, but contains 14 tracks or something.

Moby Grape released most of their eponymous debut album as singles on the same day, but only most. I think there were a few tracks left that were not singles.

The whole of the Moby Grape album was (were?) released as singles ... on the same day... leading to the album bombing (who'd've thunk it?)

Is there anything on "Japanese Whispers" by The Cure that wasn't on a single in some sort?

it felt like it for bjork, for both post and homogenic (don't think she quite made it for either though)

I'm guessing there are a few from the seventies, when they used to put album tracks on both A and B sides.

Every track on The Soft Parade by the Doors (save the title track) came out on a 45.
