Ahhh, it was great. They weren't on really long but they were rock solid and their last song was a new song not on any of their albums (and it was really good)
I shook their hand afterwards but I didn't have the balls to talk to them when they were hanging around outside
Interesting that one of the instruments Tim played was something he made himself
Also, I'm glad I went even though none of my friends joined me. I ended up meeting some new friends

No one ever talks about Califone (or Red Red Meat), not even in Chicago, afaict, but this band was/is really on to something, wasn't/isn't it?

Love them. Bunny Gets Paid is grunge deconstructed and put together as abstract painting. One of the great Chicago bands.
