Biz Markie is currently locked in an epic battle with some R&B douche who sang the hook for a Jay-Z song on the Streets Is Watching soundtrack (his name is Rell, but sadly he is neither MC Rell nor Hell Rell). If you have a local UPN affiliate which became a lawless TV no-man's-land in the wake of the UPN/WB merger, you too might be able to see this at 1 AM on saturday night.
