which rappers have actually said "my name is _____ and i'm here to say?"

It's frequently used as a punchline or an example of bad white-person rap. Barney Rubble and Homer Simpson (aka Mr. Plow) have said it. But can you think of any actual rap songs that included the *exact phrase* "My name is _____ and I'm here to say...," with the next line ending in a word rhyming with "say" (e.g. "...I'm the best darned rapper in the USA!").

Does it actually exist as a catchphrase? Did it ever? There's a Metafilter thread on this, but I wanted to get your opinion.

McGruff the crime dog

Exactly. Seems like the only place you'd hear "and I'm here to say" is, like, the FEMA rap.

It was Barney Rubble, not Fred, and it's an obvious joke, and I just said it anyway.
