Oh man, that brings back memories. The guy who did those KMFDM covers, I forget his name, had an FPS game like ten years ago. It was stupendously bad and genuinely headache-inducing. It had a single-letter title, though I'll be damned if I can remember which. Q, possibly?

The artist is Aidan Hughes (AKA BRUTE) and the game was called ZPC. I've never played it, but I won't deny that I was curious.

Trust me, you're far better off imagining the design potential of such a game than you are ever actually playing it. There is a reason most FPS- or hell, 3D games of any genre- aren't solely in eye-searing shades of yellow and red, and that reason is Mean Mister Migraine. He is an unpleasant fellow.
