"It's My Thing" was their first single and gets my vote, although a big part of me wants to vote for "Rampage".

It's My Thing was seriously cool because it upped the ante on using 7 Minutes of Funk, ushering in a more substantial era of sampling, but yeah, You Gotsa Chill.
