I must have made this mix, but lord knows why. I'm quite impressed that I don't have a lot of the albums these tracks are from any more. I'm guessing I must have made this in about September 2002 but not sure.

A:

1. Ultravox - The Voice
2. Something that sounds like Max Tundra, lots of glitches and snippets of news with a 4/4 beat
3. Blur - Don't Bomb When You're the Bomb
4. Michael Jackson - Smooth Criminal (Instrumental Version)
5. Something by Anti Pop Consortium that isn't on their last album.
6. A snippet of that Max Tundra thing again for some reason
7. Daft Punk - Superheroes
8. David Bowie - Starman
9. Roots Manuva - Highest Grade
10. The Upsetters - Bird In Hand
11. Queen - Killer Queen
12. A snippet of some Electroclash thing that quickly fades out
13. An old track by Feedle or Preset (not sure) that samples John Peel going "Poong-zhao Zhang, Poon-Zhao Zhang, Alley alley alley, Poong-zhao Zhang".

B:
1. A few beats of something or other
2. Sabres Of Paradise - Smokebelch (Beatless Version)
3. Something off the first Vitalic EP or possibly Legowelt, I'm not sure.
4. No idea what this is. It's got a sort of piano and a glitchy, dubby bassline. It goes on forever
5. Something else I just don't recognise. Could well be Vitalic again. Sort of electro/techno/house.
6. Wayne Smith - Under Mi Sleng Teng
7. Manowar - Valhalla
8. More unidentifiable techno. Mostly just a beat and a lady with an English RP accent saying something about "letting yourself be drawn in" and a descending echoey bell sound. Oooh wait there's a tune appearing... WTF is this? It's really familiar, sort of French filter house... Ah I think it's Underworld. Possibly "Dinosaur Adventure 3D".
9. Black Sabbath - forget the name but it's very well known
10. Elvis Presley - Return To Sender

The received pronunciation. The Queen's English, basically.
