Lifting its name from a Doves track, a world where a love of Saint Etienne and a love of ornithology co-exist. I generally like it - I own rare flexis from Bob/Pete/Sarah and put seeds out for the birds, in the garden - but do find it slightly bemusing to read about former NME journalists outing themselves as twitchers ...

Your thoughts?

I like Roger Deakin/Richard Mabey/Alice Oswald etc etc, but this is worse than Steampunk IMO.

haha, they're doing them all out of order; I don't know why!

Is there a reason this thread is on ILM rather than ILE? I know that CBTR do try to staddle the intersection of writing and art and music, but this seems more Everything-y than Music-y.

I'm not sure why I started it on here. Probably the Heavenly connection. I'd definitely see it as more "Everything" now.

My goodness, I have been so busy with KraftNEU fan fiction I forgot I even wrote that. You can tell how long ago the sketches were done from the totally unseasonal wildflowers!
