See, there's more to Florida than Fred Durst and Jimmy Buffett

Alt question, who can write the best onomaopoeic (sp?) rendition of the theme tune - da da da slam bang crash da da da waaa waaa waaa - fuck this is impossible. Are those real guitars on there? I like how those arpeggiations come in for two bars near the end before it all stops on a big orch-patch Cchord for no reason

I think Q started this thread just so folks could talk about Jan Hammer. I love those rubbery drums.

I remember a freind (well, classmate) at school who owned 'Heartbeat'. A fantastically 80s cover, I remember. He also had Eddie Murphy's album and a Bruce Willis album. Big sucka for them 80s big star vanity albums. That's it.

Kurt Loder's reviews/essays/interviews collection has a lengthy Don Johnson profile in which he rather diffidently credits Don for hiring the cadre of El Lay Mafia hacks who play on his supremely professional album; no doub the piece's resurfacing contributed to Kurt's current torpor.
