An electro/ techno track, maybe early to mid 2000s that goes "girls! I like the girls" in a kind of euro accent... Any clues?

Sorry not that one. It's more like cybotron style electro. In fact i've no idea when it came out as I think I heard it on a mix.

The search engine brings up so many "ID this/that" threads, I'll put this here rather than starting another...
Trying to identify a half-remembered music video. Down-tempo electronica with a vocal. Video composed entirely of shots of people from different walks of life in/around cars (mostly or entirely parked). A sense of isolation prevails, and different, unrelated scenes are sharply intercut. In one, rain beats down on a car. In another, children bash away at a car - with sticks or a baseball bat or I don't remember what. Not every car is under assault, however. One or more scenes feature the occupant(s) singing along.
I'd guess it dates from the late 90s? I have possibly misremembered details or dreamed the whole thing.

Can anyone identify this tune that was played on New York Dance Stand in 1983? A bunch of us have been trying without joy, although there have been a few clues... (THREAD) pic.twitter.com/D9DBygWX13— Birmingham 81 (@Birmingham_81) January 17, 2020
This has stumped me, anyone recognise it?
