I can only think of vaguer stuff by lo-fi types. Neutral Milk Hotel has "Song Against Sex" (though damn if I can remember if that's what the song's really about) and there's "X-Friend" by Noah's Arcweld ("sex is a trap/I prefer abstinence").

Do mentions of pregnancy and STD's count? I think Ice Cube has a few songs along those lines. "Faded" off Amerikkka's Most Wanted" comes to mind.

The Passage probably own this - I get an undercurrent of this theme running through alot of their songs, one of the reasons I love 'em so much. They also have several more specific ones that, if perhaps not quite panning it, do deal with it in a dark or humourous or ambiguous way: Carnal, Taboos, XOYO, Horseplay(maybe), and a track from 'All & None' - that I can't recall the title of - which contrasted 'photo romance' stories with the anxiety/misery of sexual 'performance'.
They may have more (calling Dr C....) but without albums to hand I can't be sure.
