Bootsy "Play With Bootsy" = Daft Punk?

I've heard this (great!) Bootsy track before on tinny TV/radio systems, but this weekend was the first time I heard it on a big soundsystem with lots of --]]BASS[[--. And is it just me, or is it a shameless "Around The World" rip off? The bassline and drumtrack are almost identical. Who produced this? I can't imagine it to be an American...

Just found out that it's produced by everyone's favourite German house producer, Mousse T. Explains a lot, indeed.
