Fourteen more acts have been added to the line-up for this year's Download Festival.

American rockers Bowling For Soup, Swedish prog-metal band Opeth, Skid Row and Black Label Society have been announced for the rock event.

They join previously announced headliners Aerosmith, Avenged Sevenfold and Linkin Park.

Download will take place on the weekend of the 13-15 June 2014 at Donington Park in Leicestershire.

Bowling for Soup will be celebrating their 20th birthday at Download Festival.

Bad Religion are making their Donington debut 35 years after they formed their band.

Also joining them will be PHA and The Illegals, the latest project from Pantera and Down frontman Phil Anselmo, Anti-Mortem, Powerman 5000, Danger Danger and Tesla.

I once asked a girl on a date who said she would be out of town that weekend, attending this:

Phoenix, Dokken, Jackyl, Whitesnake, After Dark, Night Ranger, WAR, Twisted Sister, Alice Cooper, Def Leppard, Public Reaction, FireHouse, Loverboy, Grand Funk Railroad, Sammy Hagar, Lynyrd Skynyrd, 2nd Hand Stone, Eddie Money, Rick Springfield, .38 Special, Heart, Boston

I never called her again.

I was looking forward to my first festival experience, but all I got was mud, cold and pain

We should poll the quotes from that article they're all gold.
