Are there really that many people in the U.S. that want this?

That's the problem with releases coming out in the U.S. six months after they do in the U.K. By the time they're released domestically, everyone who wants one already picked up the import. Bastards.

Not too many want it because as Aaron mentioned they probably bought it already.

What the world really needs is a Kitchens of Distinction box with B-sides, etc.

Agreed Andy. And decent Felt reissues.

let me ask this, do the rider re-issues sound good? The first 3 suffered from bad early 90s cd sound. I couldn;t quite justify buying the re-issues, but just curious if anyone has compared the sound.

Oh good, a place I can ask this question. Is it worth getting any of the Ride reissues? I have most of the stuff already, but am unsure if I should invest in the remasters. Is there a noticeable improvement in the sound? Calling all audiophiles...

If yr on about the 3-CD box set that came out about a year ago in the UK, then my answer is an emphatic YESYESOHGODYES! Their performance at Reading 1992 is captured in its full glory (and it rocks) and the outtakes/rarities are mainly great too. There.

Poptones should pull their bloody finger out and DO this.
