recommend a shirt/tie combination for this wedding i'm going to

i'm wearing a dark gray suit. gf is wearing a peach/coral dress. i kinda suck at this stuff sometimes so help is appreciated.

do you want to incorporate one of the colors of her dress or no?

like i really like pink shirts which would not look good w/this dress

personally i would go with like... white shirt/navy blue tie & you could probably find a dope blue tie that has some pink element in it if you wanted to match a little

i personally love dark gray/navy blue & i think it looks good with pink colors as well

yr tie advice is excellent, thx. potential combo #1 was purchased this morning. blue/white checked shirt and blue/peach plaid tie. it's a risk with the clashing patterns but i think i dig it.

dk brown background, pretty close to the jacket which is kinda mossy but yeah purple floral pattern

dark brown makes it even more awesome i think.

ties are the greatest, but i probably think that because i rarely have any reason to wear one. my recent groomsman gift was a thomas pink tie w/salmon background and eyepunching blue dots and i think i am in love

i love ties, i have been amassing a small collection of 70s polyester and dacron ties embroidered with repeating nautical motifs <3 that shit so hard

I am buying a new suit as well (going to a wedding is a good excuse as any) so any suggestions for the entire wedding suit/shirt/tie/socks combination would be grand.

If it helps, it's a late afternoon wedding at a winery during Spring. Colours are affected by conditions, rite?
