p.s. from train to first bar i got soaked by rain and my pants were wet up to mid-thigh level. by the time i got home they'd dried to just below calves. not bad! shoes still soggy.

etc: hot hot day; new karl blau on the hi-fi; my monitor makes me dizzy; time to smoke

too late last night, anyway. i started early. next time.

drinking in utah is kinda fucked

beer is 3.2% alcohol instead of 5.whatever and they don't even tell you on the bottle and it still costs as much
if you want to drink liquor without buying food you have to have a membership to a private club 4$ plus they copy your id
you can't bring a chair from inside the restaraunt to outside
at a restaraunt you can't just drink, you have to order food
liquor store closes early but that one's kinda 'duh, coulda guessed'
if you camp on the lake and make mixed drinks expect 50+ flies to swarm the limes
