Should old people be banned from driving? They hold up trafic by driving too slow. It's for the best. Anyone agree?

some of them can't help driving slow, for example when they have old cars. i get really paranoid when i'm driving up hills in my ancientmobile that people are gonna start tooting at me. but i can't go any faster!

My dad should be banned from driving, he always stops suddenly and makes me spill my coffee. Also he forgets to indicate and is a terrible driver!!! Especially in the early morning.
