I hate people singing, especially on top of music. I hate opera singers because they are pompous. I hate jazz singers because they are oh so soulful. I hate pop singers because, well, most of them just can't sing, and when they can I hate their smugness. I hate the "this comes right from the heart" approach to lyric writing as much as smart-aleck "hee hee I hid a message in here can u spot it" attitude. I hate rhymes. I hate verses. I hate choruses.

I like metrics though. Sometimes.
