coral's killer

nzers, do you think coral's step dad killed her and then bleached out his lada, eradicating it of the blood that ran slowly out her nose as he strangled her?

do you think he'd been 'visiting her in the night' before he killed her, or do you think he got pissed off with her cause she didn't wanna go to school last tuesday and so threw her into some swollen masterton river?

do you think the name coral borrows is as memorable as teresa cormack (who is buried next to my maternal grandmother), kirsa jensen, or kirsty bentley?

I was mentally adding it to the name of Teresa Cormack the other day. I don't know if that means yes.

Murderers are often pretty mean, yeah

Andrew Thames (Andrew Thames), Wednesday, 17 September 2003 11:56 (twenty-two years ago)

it also fits with those two sisters, whose names i forget except one was called olympia (city where s-k formed), who were killed by another awful stepfather in masterton.

i forgot to say, when kirsa jensen went missing my mother's friend went to prayer meetings with kirsa's parents (kirsa's father was a pastor) and she said they all agreed that she'd been taken cause her brother played dungeons and dragons and that they'd seem demons in the hall of the church. i didn't think that was possible. i mean, if you were a demon would you go to a church hall to hang out? i 'spose if you were after the pastor's daughter you might.

I hate it when my naturally huge sympathy for victims' parents gets fucked up by their idiocy, that's the dumbest thing I've heard all week. At least.

Andrew Thames (Andrew Thames), Wednesday, 17 September 2003 12:05 (twenty-two years ago)

I mean it only gets eroded for a few minutes, but MAN I hate how stupid people are

Andrew Thames (Andrew Thames), Wednesday, 17 September 2003 12:07 (twenty-two years ago)

yeah, if you are referring to kirsa's parents (instead of the fact that coral and olympia's mothers both had suck boyfriends) it was pretty dumb on their part. i often wonder whether they still believe it. i don't reckon the mother does. oh yeah, kirsty bentley's father most likely killed her, i think.

these murders have a name, btw, they are called 'new zealandy murders' - a name given by overseas homicide experts.

a possible tourist magnet? i mean, isn't most tourism approaching gourmet marketing: "we murder like no other country"

Clare (not entirely unhappy), Wednesday, 17 September 2003 12:16 (twenty-two years ago)

I'm referring to more or less EVERYONE, as represented by average non mediatrained folk who get stuck in the light by things like this. I still wish to God things like this couldn't happen, of course. Pity I'm not religious.

Andrew Thames (Andrew Thames), Wednesday, 17 September 2003 12:53 (twenty-two years ago)

we'll never know how terrified she was, at age five or there abouts, knowing she was going to die. hopefully she was just confused.

it's as dogeared a fuck thing to say, but i don't know how people can do these things.

Clare (not entirely unhappy), Wednesday, 17 September 2003 12:59 (twenty-two years ago)

I find the thought of her helpless confusion even more depressing than that of her terror. People are horrible.

Andrew Thames (Andrew Thames), Wednesday, 17 September 2003 13:22 (twenty-two years ago)

yeah - they're two sides of the same awful coin...

an no news today.

Clare (not entirely unhappy), Wednesday, 17 September 2003 20:53 (twenty-two years ago)

The Leader (Adrian McCoy), Thursday, 18 September 2003 18:53 (twenty-two years ago)

Clare (not entirely unhappy), Thursday, 25 September 2003 08:33 (twenty-two years ago)

The Leader (Adrian McCoy), Thursday, 25 September 2003 22:41 (twenty-two years ago)

i don't need a transformer vibrator - i have a human who works better.

Clare (not entirely unhappy), Saturday, 27 September 2003 10:21 (twenty-two years ago)

did you read how coral's killer is to appear in a film about child killers in a scene set in his mother's pub in the very town he committed her murder in! it was shot in 2001.

of course i hate the two people who made the film - miranda harcourt and stuart mackenzie (fools) and hope that this unhappy irony doesn't benefit them any. i mean, if i was in nz i might go to it just to see coral's killer, ya know.
