I was gonna start a thread like this! Well since my parents celebrate Christmas on the 24th I got my stuff tonight. I got a VCR from my dad, a bunch of chocolate, two Pez dispensers and a rhyming dictionary.

Oh and from my secret santa at work I got this origami set where you make little watermelons and put them in a fruit bowl. I've made heaps because I am the origami wizard. She also gave me a pen with this little bubble of coffee beans on it and a mashimaro eraser on a keyring thing.

omg, your Secret Santa is the king/queen of twee!

so far i got money, strawberries, a teapot, some cute summer tops (one has the PUZZLE BOBBLE DRAGON and "sometime somethink" on it and another has a VESPA!), and work gave me a basket of old-lady-perfumy apricot-coloured toiletries.

i got a watch, a calendar, pens, 2 2004 diaries, candles, a towel, a handbag, B52s cosmic thing, incense, some clothes, some lingerie and a bunch of records including hall and oates, several by queen and um oh i forgot the others. my little brother got this really cool wrestling playstation game, he invented a male wrestling character with thigh high boots and a green bra which he named "gangrene". i begin to wonder if an obsession with drag queens is genetic.

you know whats cool? when you get people something they really dig. eg i got my dad some imported beers and a beer mug, what i didn't know was that his special beer mug broke a few days ago and he really wanted a new one.

Well I was going to ignore anything Xmassy online but I am bursting because I just got: the knowledge that Fushitsusha, Merzbow and the Sun City Girls, among others are playing in Australia in February!!!!
which means I have lots of money to raise.. but! - !!!!!! hnggggg...I suppose some people might come right over here also

Ok I got a John Lennon POLO SHIRT from Mum, a John Lennon KIDS BOOK which is really sweet also from Mum, a "Hey Jude" musicbox innards thing same source (I might stick it on my old bad guitar and see how it goes amped), a fancy box of fancy Speights beer from Dad, a fantastic CAVE TROLL doll from Amy (it ROARS!), one of those pin impression things from Emma and Joy Division's "Substance" (YAY!), volume one of Alan Moore etc's "Top 10" and a ripoff Playstation memorycard from E. Oh and a bunch of money from Grandparents.

I got White Light/White Heat, a top, a dress, copies of On the Road, Catcher in the Rye and some book by Bukowski I forgot the name of, another top, a scarf, film, a magazine about Dylan, a cellphone card, make-up type stuff. And some pistachio nuts.
