what is boxing day in aid of anyway? is it just an excuse for another day off or is there a REAL REASON for it? not that i'm complaining. fuck i'm tired all the time, it makes me grumpy. my mum asked me to clean out the freezer, it stinks of dead animal yuck.

I heard boxing day was sposed to be the day that rich people boxed up all their christmas leftovers and gave it to the poor.
I was just at Karren's place, we made afghans but then got full after eating, like, 2 each. So I boxed them up and took them over to poor old Clayton. I hope he likes them, they were a bit weird cos Karren didn't have any cornflakes so we had to use Weet-Bix.

boxing day was funner than christmas day. it had more Rasputin, night fever, dancing queens and faux bolan lyrics. the faux bolan lyrics concern my older brother. "he drives a mercedes cos he can't get no ladies" and "he drives a lambourghini cos he's got a little weeny." you make your own fun in the country.

The clique of high school friends I was sorta part of always gets together for Boxing Day. Sorta feels like a reunion of Graf Spee crewmembers these days, but there's lots of drinking involved.
