If you can, find a friend's Facebook profile using a search engine such as Ask Jeeves or Alta Vista. Once you are in your friend's profile, navigate to his or her Friends list and click on the link to your profile (if they haven't already unfriended you). When you open your hacked profile, you will notice that your name has been replaced with the words 'GARBAGE PROFILE' and your user picture has likely been replaced with a different picture (for example, a urine-soaked garbage can in an alley of diseases). Directly below that, you will see three buttons: 'Delete Facebook', 'Hack Another Profile', and 'Unhack Profile'. Please avoid clicking the first two buttons, as they will wreak untold havoc (it's likely that your profile was hacked when another user clicked the 'Hack Another Profile' button). Click the 'Unhack Profile' button and you will be sent your new password. Please make sure that all parental filters on your email are turned off, as your new password will be unspeakably filthy.

Your A/C password should be the same password you use to access your heater. A problem we often see is that the user actually is logged in to their A/C unit but is unable to access their account because the unit is out of freon.

Hello,

My account was hacked on March 1 and the password was changed.
The hacker messaged my friend and deactivated it.
I tried to recover my account but the email I used before was no longer inaccessible due to it being around 10 years old.
I've done the necessary steps to recover it and Facebook said they will send a confirmation to the new email I have provided but nothing has happened within 24 hours and I've tried doing it 4x already.
No email has arrived and I checked my junk mail and other folders but to no avail.

How do I retrieve it?
