Fantasy Baseball - Who would you wait for with the #1 waiver wire pick?

I'm in a keeper league and I'm sitting on the number 1 waiver wire pick. I'm been removed the fantasy baseball world this year and am not sure who I should be waiting on. Is there anyone yet to be called up this year that I should be holding out for? Ideally someone who might be a keeper next year.

I think most of the can't-miss guys have already come up. Carlos Quentin might be the best pick if he hasn't passed waivers yet. Can you use the waiver spot on a guy someone drops, i.e. a veteran with a more proven track record?

Andy Marte? Rotoworld said he might get a callup soon.

Delmon Young?
Daisuke Matsuzaka?

Marte is a good one. And he's a free agent already. It's a Yahoo pool and most of the Delmon Young/BJ Upton-types are gone. Quentin comes up this week on the wire and I don't know much about him. I wasn't sure if he was the last best hope this season or if there was someone I should be waiting on.

Quentin is the #3 Diamondbacks prospect after Conor Jackson and Stephen Drew, and was hitting well before his callup. I believe he has a couple of dingers thusfar with the big squad.
