Lynch has been let off, i reckon J Cloke would be feeling pretty hard done by, the inciodent looked pretty similiar with the same result.

Bloody hell, how did Lynch get away with that?

What about Voss and his high tackle on Shaw, Akermanis on Cole, Black, Scott, Leppitsch, Michael(that was a good hit, that one).

What about Notting, Copeland and Power. Brown needs another couple of weeks, too

This Brisbane mob are getting away with too much. They should all get one week.

Never mind Westerner, still of the opinion this match could be a preview of the GF - if you get Gardiner back into the side in a hurry. Most seem to be over looking the Eagles - personally I think they are the dark horse for this season.

Most officionados seem to think Lynch shouldn't have been reported in the first place. Mike Sheehan and Robert Knowalls were surprised and guessed he would get off. Retired Ump Derek Hyphen said he'd get off that it seemed pretty clear he was contesting the ball.

Derek Hyphen also said best midfielders he'd seen are Brett Harvey (in his prime), Michael Voss and Simon Black - smart man!

There is a strong rumour going around that Wakelin's jaw was actually damaged in general play three or four minutes after the clash with Lynch.

Anybody else aware of this?

Yeah Chrisso I can do much better than the 'Bloomers' how about Brisbane Lions! LOL

As for my pick for the GF I still think it could be a WCE v BL Final, even if you did beat them a week ago I seem to remember you beat the Lions once in 2003 and still didn't get to the GF!
