Hawthorn - surely they can beat richmond!!!
Kangas - in a close one
Sydney - in an upset
Brisbane - will win 5goals+, they like to beat up the supposed newcomers
West Coast - surely they will show some heart
Adelaide - unfortunately
Carlton
Power - in a close one, with plenty of spite

Can't believe it jsa, I completely agree with your tips...

Hawthorn - never to pick Richmond again (and certainly not now that they've dropped Shane Morrison)
Kangaroos - Bulldogs not quite there yet
Sydney - too good a side to lose two in a row without an almighty fight
Brisbane - my team
West Coast - never underestimate them with or without Gardiner
Adelaide - Bit like the Bulldogs in that I'm not totally convinced yet
and Adelaide are a good side.
Port Power - far too good for the likes of Collingwood.

Hawthorn: They're playing Richmond

Roos: Too steady and experienced

Sydney: More suited to conditions (watch man of the moment Rioli disappear in the mud), longer recovery time

Brisbane: Have played more of this size of game. A competitive loss would be the best possible result for St K right now, a win would blow the lid off. (Has anybody else noticed the unfortunate resemblance Grant Thomas has to Gary from 'Men Behaving Badly'?)

Geelong: Still not convinced about Adelaide

Melbourne: Nice thought Jase but who plays on Neitz in your 'cunning plan'?

Power: Collingwood showed improvement last week but not enough yet. But keep the Pies safe over the next month....

Hawthorn - Richmond to retain the Crisis Cup.
Kangas - easily
Saints - by ten goals
Freo - Eagles out of sorts
Adelaide - my pick of the week, absolute specials and are paying well at the TAB.
Dees - by about 7 goals
Power - it isn't September yet, so the Power won't freak.

Here goes...

HAWKS - No Richo and Stafford is hurting the Tiges.

ROOS - Bad kicking is bad football, Bullies and they've been repeat offenders.

SWANNIES - Still rate em even though they burnt me last week. Essendon seem to have the odd lapse and in the wet that will hurt.

ST KILDA - Lions have dropped the odd game at the Domeass in recent years and the Saints are red hot.

EGIRLS - Back on firmer ground in familiar territory to beat up on little brother again.

COWS - Thompson almost gave us an excuse to roll over with that 'too hot' whinge. Cows with two extra days to recover from last week, not that you need to recover from a Richmond romp.

DEMONS - Jeff White is the key to this side and it's no coincidence that a return to fitness has mirrored Melbourne's improved fortunes this season. And Fred's right. Who is going to stop Neiter?

POWER - Still no Buckley or Tarrant. Cornes & Tredrea to dominate.

I found his comments amusing. 32c aint that hot, is it? You got the feeling the Cats were gone before they pulled on a boot, hence my eagerness to lay some money on the Crows. My first AFL bet this year and if I lose it will be my last.:-)

Thommo's team stuck with a vastly superior opponent until the last five minutes. He should be giving them credit and building their confidence instead of trotting out bullshit excuses for a performance that didn't need any excuse anyway.

Maybe he's up to something, setting the MOTN up for the three card trick. Either that or he's absolutely talking through his crapper.

I don't believe I've ever suggested anyone follow my tips - and just as well! Lucky it's not for sheep stations really!. Couldn't possibly be that bad two weeks in a row, so looking for a minimum of 7 out of 8 for Round 7 (says she biting her tongue; crossing her fingers; and making another pact with the devil!)
