Hawthorn - how can you tip Adelaide?
West Coast Eagles - by default
Pies - Burns, Fraser and Lockyer back.
Sydney Swans - need to star gathering the wins
Melbourne - Lions are on the slide
St Kilda - who are they playing?
Port Adelaide - only because it's over there

chrisso (chrisso), Friday, 28 May 2004 03:10 (twenty-two years ago)

Bennö (Bennö), Friday, 28 May 2004 03:14 (twenty-two years ago)

Essendon. Freo to get stage fright.
Hawks. Adelaide have left experienced players to front up in the SNAFL while the kids get overrun by the desperate Hawkers.
West Coast. Richomond, What WAS I thinking last week?
Collingwood. Just for Benno. Who are the Roos anyway? Look at their so called 'rucks' for this match.
Bulldogs. Useless Swannie gits.
St Kilda. By plenty Fred.
Geelong. Cos we rule.

regards,

REB

ESS - Freo still not back to near their best, lions were ripe last week

HAWKS - look after yourself Thommo, at the first bounce just look at the bloke next to you, at least you're not playing for his team (er, unless Schwabbie starts you on the bench of course)

WEST COAST - always back not much chop when it's playing no chop at all

ROOS - they're wobbling like hell but they've got just enough form to salute

SYDNEY - see above

MELBOURNE - Brisbane have too many sitting in the stand

ST KILDA - thanks Collo for removing our one safety net to keep the margin manageable: the venue

PORT - recent experience at bursting bubbles, but popping this one will at least take something sharp. Cats not ready for the Adelaide Amphitheatre of Massed Idiocy gig just yet

Fred Nerk (Fred Nerk), Friday, 28 May 2004 04:09 (twenty-two years ago)

Essendon to beat Fremantle because its one of there 20 home games

Adelaide to beat hawthorn, because hawthorn are shit

West Coast to beat Richmond because richmond are worse then shit and will finish last

Collingwood to win

Sydney in a real close one

Brisbane by 5 goals +

St Kilda to win easily and hopefully guerra to pick off his drinking buddy stevens, although he'll have to scout very wide.

Port Adel. to beat Geelong easily because the champ is back and the hitman is back and becuase benny graham is a pea heart

According to 'The Book Of AFL Finals',in the first week of the 2001 finals Nick Stevens played for Port against Brisbane at the Gabba on the Sat night, Sept 8. A week later he played against Hawthorn in Adelaide on Sat Sept 15.

Nobody needs reminding what happened the Tuesday of the week in between.

New York City and back in a week? Jase, you might want to investigate the possibility, assuming you haven't already....

Fred Nerk (Fred Nerk), Friday, 28 May 2004 05:01 (twenty-two years ago)

LOL@Jase. That's it, I'm changing my tips :)

REB

Essendon - Can't see Freo getting up with a camera in the air distracting them all. Expect a low scoring game.
Hawthorn - The Hawks will do it easy.
West Coast - even after last weeks pathetic effort, they are better than Richmond.
Kangaroos - should beat Collingwood.
Sydney - will fall over the line against the 'Scrays
Geelong - will cause a bit of an upset at Footy Park.
St Kilda - will win for just the 9th time at Princes Park against the Blues
Bris Lions - too good for Melb at the Gabba

'Can't see Freo getting up with a camera in the air distracting them all.'

So THAT'S why Aaron Sandilands was left out of the Freo team!

The last time I tried to show you how to use tags it turned into a mess as the tags would compile and therefore dissapear, so go here and teach thyself!!:-)

Images are in the menu on the left. Good luck!

P.S If you look in the IlXor forums home page you will find a HTML playground so you can have a practise in there. http://ilx.wh3rd.net/newanswers.php?board=20
