A great game of footy. Port were absolutely relentless and finally Brisbane cracked in the end. As a dedicated Port hater I was surprised at my reactions to Choco's triumphant march through the masses to the G towards the finish. I felt a sense of admiration for what he and his club have managed to achieve.

As they said..history in the making. Congratulatons Port Power.

Perhaps some congratulations should also be directed towards Brisbane and the players and coach.

For them to achieve 3 in a row and have a tilt at a fourth is truly magnificent. Probably be unchallenged in the modern era.

Perhaps a little bit like Bradman's duck in his last innings. Even the truly great can be humbled.

And talking about humbled. I must apologise for my 'Brissie by 42 points' prediction. Nowhere near the mark and obviously don't have a clue when it comes to backing form.
