Position Vacant - IT Support Officer

The Australian Football League is seeking to appoint an IT Support Officer for an initial 12 month assignment, with a permanent role being considered after this time frame.
This role is a hands-on position, responsible for providing IT desktop support to internal AFL staff, as well as Football Victoria, AFL Sportsready and possible remote support for other state football bodies. You will be exposed to a variety of IT platforms and services and have the opportunity to be involved in a range of IT projects.
This will suit a customer-focused IT professional with at least 2 years experience, excellent interpersonal skills and a proven level of customer support.
In your previous roles you have been able to demonstrate the ability to anticipate, analyse and solve potential IT issues. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic person who possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
