What happened to the Rolling Anti-Semitic Posts thread?

I deleted it - I know most of the original posts were jokes and taken as such by the intended targets, but it was just about to roll into massive clusterfuck territory and I wanted to shitcan it before that happened. I might have zapped it sooner had I seen it.

Also, yknow, ILE is not the Noize Board or IPE or any of the others. I'm not particularly bothered what goes on on most of the other boards but I'm uncomfortable with there being a 'Rolling Anti-Semitic Posts Thread' or a 'Rolling Homophobe Thread' or a 'Rolling Racist Posters Thread' or anything else along those lines existing on ILE. We're only going to end up with someone deciding to be a complete cunt to lots of people, or a truckload of requests from people wanting their names deleted, or both.

Obviously if a person is actually being anti-semitic then call them out on the thread or call for them to be banned, by all means.
