Turns out the current HTML-blocking code was broken. After Jon Williams changing one-too-many backgrounds I finally decided to fix it.

does the filter apply to just new posts or old onesas well? It's not affected two very nnoying threads on ILE which I am trying my best to avoid

actually i should try to rework the old source coz it wasn't perfect but it changed bad tags to lt and gt whereas the new code just strips bad tags. also, the s tag for strikethrough should be allowed, and methinks also the img tag.

also with a little work it can be changed to remove java onclick etc. attributes.
