would it be much trouble not to have HTML-blocking code on certain boards?

IMO an opinion board like ile and a place to test stuff like HTML playground should have HTML-blocking code but not other boards.

Could someone have a look at board : net art ?
There is a "ghost thread" floating that I can't delete, and I can't use random html codes like setting an image as background but earlier today it was not a problem?
