How do I create a new board?

For ILGames, they had to start an ILE thread saying they wanted to start a new board and take opinions to see how much interest there was. Eventually (after a couple of days), I guess the response was positive enough that the mods started it.

ILGames is only a month or so old, I think. Still pretty new. But there's some entertaining stuff on there.

My pilot friends and I believe that ILx needs a I LOVE ESTONIA board because everyone loves ESTONIA and not just the ESTONIANS. Except for Marcello, but he worships Satan and holidays in Latvia; so his opinion does not count!
