Is it any good?

The previews I saw were distinctly underwhelming, and I'm a big fan of Pixar's work in general. However, I maintain a pretty savage distaste of Owen Wilson, so that might be what's turning me off about it.

Except for the OW-hate, I'm in the exact same boat as you. I'm sure I'll see it anyway, though I have the feeling that I'm going to be disappointed, even with my low expectations.

We do have an enormous (and entertaining) thread on this over at the main board, you know. On which it's pointed out that every Pixar film ever has had dismal trailers.

This one seems to be getting underwhelming reviews. The cars are pretty ugly, no? (And surely headlight are the eyes of cars, not windscreens.)

Bugs Life and Monsters Inc were cute but nothing special.

Incredibles is the only Pixar movie I've seen and not hated. I couldn't even finish Finding Nemo, I thought it was so boring.
