Paranoid Spice (ex machina), Wednesday, 19 October 2005 22:44 (eighteen years ago) link

alexander st? but whenever someone tries to kidnap me i am at around alexander and east, which is more downtown than my apartment is.

caitlin oh no (caitxa1), Wednesday, 19 October 2005 22:46 (eighteen years ago) link

haha, that's not "downtown" really in my opinion. You ahve to go across the highway!

I'd hate living there.

Paranoid Spice (ex machina), Wednesday, 19 October 2005 22:55 (eighteen years ago) link

jon the highway is like 3 blocks from that intersection. downtown in the broader sense anyway. it isn't a bad place for living

Caitlin, I know. But I think of downtown as where the big buildings are.

Just all the bar traffic would drive me nuts. On the plus side, walking home from bars rules.

What do you mean by kidnap?

the bar traffic is far enough away from me that it isn't annoying. it's fun to walk by the hoochies-who-want-to-hook-up at night after the movies. ok this is what happened today (not really that interesting but creepy anyway)

i ordered a book from half.com but i accidentally put my apartment number instead of the house number for the address, so i wanted to walk by and see if this building actually exists and if so, do they have my book. so i was walking walking, crossed east ave, and a guy comes up behind me and says hi. i really didn't want him to walk with me the whole way (i was close to where i had to be anyway) so i'm like "oh i have a question does xxx alexander st. even exist?" and he says "oh this way follow me." but he thought i was really lost and that he was so so clever. and i said, "no, we're at 325, it can't be this way because the numbers are getting higher, see." busted! so he got all flustered and was like oh, uh, duh, oh, d'oh. then he goes, "how old are you?" and i said "um...what?" then he goes, "you gotta man?" i told him i wasn't answering that question and went home. the other time a guy was really adamant about giving me a ride, just wouldn't drop it after i told him three times i didn't need one, kept asking where i was going, ugh.

My new name is Dr. Wolfgang Von Bushwickin the Barbarian Mother Funky Stay High Dollar Billstir. I call myself Dr. because that is someone who must be precise when they execute their job. The Wolfgang is because on the cool, I'm into classical music and my favorite artist is Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Bushwickin has to do with me being a father now and producing my own next of kin. So now I'm reproductive both verbally and physically. The Barbarian is to show that I still have the mind of a lunatic and that nothing's changed as far as me coming hard-core rough and rugged. Mother Funky Stay High is a manifestation of the aftermath of chronic-izm. Dollar Bill because I'm currently currency in the United States and abroad. Finally, "stir" is on the end because when I kick shit I always manage to stir something up, whether it's the police, parents, or pussy.
