Yeah, I suppose the last album (The Wolf) could be thought of as being Meatloaf-like (though it's not JUST that). It's a genuinely great album, but I hope the new one is not just another version of it.

Yeah I always thought the shift from I Get Wet to The Wolf was a subtle, maybe more epic/ballady change. He seems to be taking this further with the new sound.

But that song fuckin rules. Did you listen to the end with the rapid organ attack?
