circle is sorta weak, at least on record. john zorn loft jazz production values totally kill the vibe.

the only good circle song EVER = "stimulance". everything else sounds like naked city trying to do sigur ros or something.

Here they're playing with Psychic Paramount, Mouthus, Khanate & coptic light in brooklyn.

Merzbow, Circle, Jim O'Rourke & Carlos Giffoni, Double Leopards, Urdog @ knitting factory. gotta go to that, even tho i give fuck all abt. jo&cg. URDOG have released two really great psych/prog records this year. electric piano, guitar, drums, effects. great great great--I CAN'T STRESS THAT ENOUGH, ACTUALLY. i think they are touring with circle on the eat coast.

ah shit! that sounds fun!! i like that space on minna ... i used to go there a lot when i was in school for an electro/downtempo weekly thing they did ... i saw kit clayton do a set for it once. shit what was it called? it was sean cooper's night ... phil s would know ...

unfortunately i won't be in the bay until 2 or 3 am tonight ... gotta drive after work and i don't get off until 6:30!
