a co-worker of mine used to record some of the ham radio stuff he'd pick up... shit from cuba... snake handlers from ontario... militia dudes from illinois, etc etc... he let me borrow a tape... half of it was some blue green algae super pill amway scam.

in the 50s, my dad's father was a ham radio buff and had a ukrainian last name, so someone decided to report him as a spy.
