it's true that boxcar often doesn't open when the sign says that it should, but their pint glasses of sangria make up for any tardiness.

almost....

since not opening on time cuts back on how many 2for1 pints of sangria one can ingest.

though it does have yard, which is a plus in the summery months.

what i dslike most about the place (save the interior) is that people who should be drinking amstel light in some "irish" place in kipps bay end up comming into the lakeside and talking loudly about the topics as amusing as khaki pants over two rounds or so untill they realize they are in the wrong bar.
