2nd is Static Peak....
Static Peak can be summitted from a non-technical standpoint from the Death Canyon Trailhead near Moose Junction, WY. Although the peak can be reached by non-technical means, the route is lengthy and very strenuous, gaining 5,000 feet of elevation in under 8 miles. Views from the top include Buck Mountain and the Teton Range to the north, Jackson Hole to the southeast, and the Wind River Range in the distant southeast.
I came in from the back through the Alaska Basin. One person in our expedition had to leave by Death Canyon after breaking their ankle.
