I guess it is worth saying that the book, from the way I remember it, is more visual less aural. The cover is a Flavin piece, and the back and inside covers are Donald Judd.

lfam, we're talking about the grandmother who thinks that art must be expressly and intentionally 'beautiful.' ie- landscapes. portraits. etc. i mean, she's just very conventional in some ways. though she jams out to charles ives at other times too, and that is fucking weird.
