what's with the trend of costuming bands?

is the music enough, or do we need a fuggin' cartoon, too?

white mice have been wearing mouse masks (of increasing quality) for abt. 4 years now, at least. other providence costume rockers: pink&brown, laserbeast, jkae (RIP), forcefield (punkest band of the 90s), MRP sometimes (only tangentially a prov band), freakzone

brock (brock), Friday, 24 September 2004 20:29 (twenty-one years ago)

broke up in the middle of their last tour due to high stress levels, living in different cities and car breakdowns.

so, are you saying that there is some kind of Providence costuming tradition being perpetuated, or that Rhodies are shy people?

OR was Kiss just incredibly popular in Providence, and this is the manifestation of childhood idol worship?

mayo: if there is a "trend" or "tradition", it hadn't been remarked upon until you brought it up. jeez.
