Colcannon is great shit, I make it all the time.
Having three different kinds of meat like the first post, that is crazy. When I see food like that, I think of my grandma, who will cut all her food into little pieces and then stir all the different foods on the plate together in one nasty lump before eating it. Those mashed potatoes make me think, "They beat grandma to the punch."
