(the downpour thing is from the same person that did Cheap Bots Done Quick, the twitter bot meta thing that let people like me write twitter bots. that's their thing - tools to enable other people to create things. so Downpour is the platform and each individual game is just uploaded by pretty much anybody - you can make such games on your phone)
